At the end of the activity, the practitioner will be able to understand and apply health care and public health practices and will be aware of the role of health care providers in relation to adherence to the new approach to evidence-based health care practices. They will also be able to understand the importance of public health and family medicine in improving quality of life and how to engage providers. Service, patients and staff learn about special challenges and possible solutions
